The Model 750 Brick Oven from Chicago Brick Oven is our most popular residential brick oven and is great for the do-it-yourself-er or custom install. The Model 750 has everything you need to build the perfect-sized oven for residential use. Just like the Model 500 Brick Oven, the Model 750 oven is easy to install as an addition to your outdoor kitchen, and provides a generous 41" x 28" cooking surface on which to prepare your favorite brick oven creations. The Model 750 oven is a three piece design, with 41" x 28" of cooking surface and a 17" wide opening. It includes a Dome, a Hearth, and an Arch. We bundle with this a Decorative Door, a Flue Adapter, a Flue Adapter Ring, an Installation Kit, and a Cooking Kit. The installation kit includes an Insulating Board, an Insulating Blanket, and Mortar. The Cooking Kit includes an Insulating Door, a Pizza Peel and a long-handled Wire Brush.

It's superior engineering and design uses Stainless Steel fibers to reinforce the refractory Hearth, Dome, and Arch.
