The Model 500 oven is a three piece design, with 29" x 23" of cooking surface and a 17" wide opening. It includes a Dome, a Hearth, and an Arch. We bundle with this a Decorative Door, a Flue Adapter, an Installation Kit, and a Cooking Kit. The Installation Kit includes an Insulating Board, an Insulating Blanket, and Mortar. The Cooking Kit includes a Pizza Peel and a long-handled Wire Brush.

It's superior engineering and design uses Stainless Steel fibers to reinforce the refractory Hearth, Dome, and Arch.
