All AOG built in grills are manufactured right here in the good 'ol U.S.A. This 24" model has an 24" x 18" primary cooking surface (432 Sq. In. total cooking area). Plus it has a powerful 32,000 BTU's of cooking power. Also available with a 10,000 BTU backburner and Heavy Duty Rotisserie.
This unit is for built-in applications (outdoor kitchens). AOG grills are high BTU appliances and are designed for use in a NON-Combustible cabinet. Cutout dimensions for the 24" model are 24 1/2"W x 19 1/2"D x 8 1/2" H. (For combustible material cabinets, the optional insulating liner must be ordered (cutout dimensions will be different).
Other features that are included in this model are:
Burner Design:
AOG burners are made of 18-SR Stainless Steel (an alloy made with titanium and chromium). This combination provides greater strength, and greater resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. The added structural integrity of 18-SR means that the AOG's high temperatures are no threat to burner life or performance. These 16,000 BTU burners will stand up to corrosive conditions such as those found close to sea water. They are guaranteed to last at least 15 years.
Vaporizer Panels:
These uniquely styled stainless steel panels are positioned to vaporize drippings from the food being cooked, adding succulent barbecue flavor and aroma. They are designed with oblong openings forming a diagonal pattern, providing optimum heat output and even heat distribution throughout the grilling surface while reducing flare ups and grease fires. These panels are built to easily accommodate wood chips or charcoal.
Compact Drip Tray:
Easily removable, its compact size minimizes grease spills.
Custom Designed Analog Heat Indicator/ Thermometer:
Aids in precision control of grilling temperature.
Solid Brass Valves:
High quality commercial grade solid brass valves provide precise temperature control from 200°F to over 825°F at the grilling surface. These high quality valves allow for easy field conversion between natural gas and propane gas.
Optional:
• Infrared Backburner and Heavy Duty Rotisserie - The AOG Infrared Backburner System is constructed of INCONEL™ stainless steel to be more durable and makes this burner system heat resistant, corrosion resistant, easy to use and easy to clean. The Heavy Duty Rotisserie is built for slow, even cooking.
